How to Apply for Telangana Graduate MLC Voter Registration 2026

Follow these steps to submit Form 18 online.

Step 1: Open the Form 18 Portal

Visit the official Telangana CEO MLC Form-18 portal.

Step 2: Select the Graduate Constituency

Select the Graduates’ Constituency applicable to your ordinary residence.

Step 3: Select the District

Choose the appropriate district from the available option.

Step 4: Enter Applicant Details

Enter your:

• Name
• Relative’s details
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Educational qualification
• Occupation

Step 5: Enter Address Details

Provide your complete ordinary-residence address, including the mandal/taluk and pincode.

Step 6: Enter Existing Voter Details

If you already have an EPIC/Voter ID and the form requires those details, enter them correctly.

Step 7: Provide Aadhaar Details

Select the appropriate Aadhaar option provided in the form.

Step 8: Enter Educational Qualification

Select Graduate or the applicable qualification option and enter your university and examination details.

Step 9: Upload Photograph and Certificate

Upload the required supporting files within the size limits shown on the portal.

Step 10: Review the Form

Before submitting, carefully verify:

• University
• Qualification
• Date of passing
• Uploaded photograph
• Uploaded certificate

Enter the CAPTCHA and click Submit.
